Rev. Dominic Immordino
Lead Pastor
Dominic serves as the Lead Pastor of Glenn View Baptist Church. His primary responsibilities include preaching, teaching, leadership and mentoring. After serving as an Associate Pastor of Family Discipleship, Dominic answered the call of God to lead a local church to reach families of every generation.
Dominic and his wife, Maegan, have two daughters. Together they serve children in need as foster parents.
Dominic holds a B.S. in Religion with a concentration in Biblical and Theological studies from Liberty University, and an M.Div. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He enjoys spending time with his family as well as hiking and fishing. He also loves reading while sipping coffee.

Rev. Coley Rimmer
Pastoral Care
Coley graduated from Gardner-Webb University and obtained a Master of Divinity with Languages Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Continuing education included 11 courses in Masters Level Counseling at North Carolina A&T State University while a Family Therapist with Family Services of Davidson County.
He has been on staff of four Baptist churches, pastor of two Baptist churches including a new church start, houseparent at the Baptist Children’s Homes and Health Care Liaison at Baptist Hospital. He has worked with all age groups as a Qualified Professional Counselor including Smart Start, Intensive In-Home, at risk children and teens, parents and grandparents.
He continues to serve on advisory boards or committees of some nonprofit community organizations. At present he is working part time with DSS in Davidson County and concentrating with Aging Adults at Glenn View Baptist Church.
Cathy is his wife and they have one son, a grandson, and granddaughter.
Pam
Mitchell
Children's Director
Pam has an associates degree and has worked with children for over 30 years. Pam has been a member of Glenn View since 1994 and has been on staff since 2001 as Director of Children's Ministries. Pam also serves as the Mission Coordinator for Glenn View.
Pam participated in World Changers mission trips for 10 years and has served on mission teams in Winston Salem, West Virginia, Moldova and multiple trips to Honduras. Pam has a passion to guide children toward Christ and involve them in missions from an early age. Pam is married to Mark and they have 3 children.
