We believe that serving others is vital to our Christian walk with Christ.

“So then, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone…” Gal. 6:10a.

Serving others is a way to show our love for God and others it also helps us grow as a disciple of Jesus.

Brazil

Glenn View partners with Joel Johnson and Wordless Ministry for missions to Brazil. Wordless Ministries operates domestic and foreign mission trips providing teens and adults the opportunity to participate in the work of the “Great Commission” by sharing their faith in Jesus Christ both at home and abroad. The conduit to deliver these opportunities can be evangelistic outreach, church construction and/or through sports and camp ministry outreach. Wordless Ministries is a parachurch organization, but in keeping with the New Testament model, exists and operates in support of the local Bible believing church. For more information about a short term mission trip or to support this ministry, contact Joel and his ministry.

GVBC has a long-standing partnership in Lilongwe, Malawi. Ruth's Shawl is the ministry of Steve and Nora Braselton teaching God's Word in the villages and towns of Malawi.  Glenn View sends mission teams to Malawi to lead pastor trainings, VBS for children, ministry to widows and various other ministries.

Our Eastern European Partners

“Michael” and I, along with our children, serve the Lord in church-planting in Eastern Europe.  Our desire is to witness lives being transformed through the Good News we proclaim and to worship Jesus together with people from all people groups in the Southeast region of Walachia, which is its spiritually darkest area.  Here, four unreached people groups are located, as well as the majority of the Followers of Islam in the country.  Less than 0.3% of the population are Evangelical Christians.  We pray that the Lord will shine the light of His Truth to show His glory among the people here!

Our role is to support church plants both at a macro and micro level in this area.  At the micro scale, we are by God's grace in the process of planting a church in the major city of this region, where many people come for work, travel, study, and administrative tasks.  By His grace, we want to make disciples of Jesus who make disciples, and plant churches that in turn plant churches.  At the more macro scale, “Michael” – originating from this country - works alongside pastors and churches nationally to support, provide training and tools, and encourage churches to live out their identity as Christ's ambassadors by equipping and sending out people to plant more churches.  The Lord is actively building His church today here and throughout Eastern Europe, and we rejoice that He has given us the grace to be part of it and to see His mercy in transforming lives firsthand.  May He be glorified greatly in Walachia, in Eastern Europe, in all the world!"

Operation Christmas Child

Operation Christmas Child (OCC) is a ministry of Samaritans Purse that seeks to provide the hope of Jesus Christ in a shoe box. Glenn View supports this ministry by collecting packaged shoe boxes for children all around the world. The shoe boxes provide an opportunity to share the love of Jesus Christ with villages and communities that have never hear of Jesus Christ.

*Date to turn in shoe boxes is September 29, 2024*
